How to return a product?
Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept standard returns.
All of our marble products are handcrafted according to your specific preferences, including dimensions, stone type, and finish. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not available. However, we work closely with you during the design and production process to ensure your complete satisfaction. If an issue arises, we are committed to finding a solution together.
What kind of warranty the products have?

ONS Marble stands behind the quality of its materials and workmanship. If your product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery. Natural variations in marble veining and texture are part of its beauty and not considered defects.
